“The Smell Of The Sea” Illustrated By Inês Fernandes. Limited Edition signed and numbered run of 150.

Inês grew up close to the sea in a small country by the coast, but new adventures and new experiences made her move to a place where winters are cold and white. She learned how to appreciate a good cup of hot tea and warm gloves. From time to time, she misses the smell of salty water, sand on her feet and the warm summer days spent on the beach.

“The smell of the sea”, is the combination between simple and solid forms, with the detail and complexity of a pattern. It catches the eye for it’s bold colors and shapes, making the viewer want to come closer and explore what lies between simplicity.

Hand printed on an antique 1893 printing press on 100% cotton rag archival paper and printed the beautifully old fashioned way in Brisbane, Australia. The print measures 8.5x11” and has been designed to suit frame made for a 8x10” photograph.

Each print comes protectively wrapped so that it arrives to your home as beautifully as it leaves our studio.
